The Bible warned us about this, "2Pe 2:1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
2Pe 2:2 And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed." V. Gene Robinson whom you may remember is the Episcopalian Bishop who left his wife and two daughters to pursue a homosexual relationship with a man. Now he is trying to make the Bible "gay friendly"! The Bible clearly teaches that this is wrong, but also to love the sinner but hate the sin, "
Jud 1:23 and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.". We must all as Christians stand up for the Truth of Scripture never giving any ground to the enemy on what the Bible says, but at the same time reach out to those who are lost and dying.
